1. サービスの概要

aiAstro（以下「当サービス」）は、AI技術を活用した占星術コンサルティングサービスです。 西洋占星術、四柱推命などの手法を用いて、お客様の出生データに基づいた分析とアドバイスを提供します。

2. AIによるコンサルティングについて

当サービスはAI（人工知能）によって提供されるため、以下の点にご注意ください：

• AIが生成する内容には誤りや不正確な情報が含まれる可能性があります
• 提供される分析やアドバイスは参考情報であり、医学的・法律的・財務的助言ではありません
• 重要な人生の決断は、専門家への相談を含めて総合的にご判断ください
• 当サービスの利用結果について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません

3. データの取り扱いと学習システムについて

当サービスでは、AIコンサルタントの品質向上のため、以下のデータ収集および利用を行います：

• チャートデータと出来事の関連付け：ユーザーが提供する出生データ、トランジット、プログレス、四柱推命の情報と、 実際の人生の出来事や心情をリンクさせて学習データとして収集します
• 匿名化処理：収集されるすべてのデータは自動的に匿名化され、個人を特定できる情報 （氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、具体的な日付、金額など）は削除されます
• エキスパートコンサルタントへの活用：匿名化された学習データは、エキスパートティアのAIコンサルタントの精度向上に利用されます
• データの品質管理：管理者による承認プロセスを経て、適切にクレンジングされたデータのみが学習に使用されます

重要：当サービスを利用することで、上記のデータ収集および学習システムへの利用に同意したものとみなされます。 個人情報は厳重に保護され、第三者への提供は行いません。

4. 料金とサービス内容

• スタンダードティア：¥500 / $5 で10回のメッセージ交換が可能（毎日3メッセージ無料）
• エキスパートティア：¥1,000 / $10 で10回のメッセージ交換が可能。 5つのコンサルタントの知見を統合した上級AIモデルを使用し、東洋・西洋占術に精通した達人レベルの分析を提供
• メッセージ数は購入時にリセットされ、購入ごとに独立して管理されます
• 返金には応じかねますので、ご了承ください

5. ユーザーの責任

• 正確な出生データの入力はユーザーの責任です
• 他人の個人情報を無断で入力しないでください
• 当サービスを違法または不適切な目的で使用しないでください
• 他のユーザーや第三者の権利を侵害する行為は禁止されています

6. プライバシーポリシー

個人情報の取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。

7. サービスの変更・終了

運営者は、事前の通知なくサービスの内容を変更、または終了する権利を有します。 サービス終了時の返金には応じかねますので、ご了承ください。

8. 準拠法および管轄裁判所

本規約は日本法に準拠し、当サービスに関する紛争については、 運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

aiAstro ("the Service") is an AI-powered astrological consulting service. We provide analysis and advice based on your birth data using methods such as Western astrology and Four Pillars of Destiny.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Please note the following regarding our AI-powered service:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• The analysis and advice provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice
• Important life decisions should be made with comprehensive consideration, including consultation with qualified professionals
• The operator assumes no responsibility for the results of using this service

3. Data Handling and Learning System

To improve the quality of our AI consultants, we collect and use the following data:

• Chart Data and Life Events Correlation:We collect birth data, transits, progressions, Four Pillars information, and link them with real-life events and emotional states provided by users as learning data
• Anonymization Process:All collected data is automatically anonymized, removing personally identifiable information (names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, specific dates, amounts, etc.)
• Expert Consultant Enhancement:Anonymized learning data is used to improve the accuracy of Expert tier AI consultants
• Data Quality Management:Only properly cleansed data approved by administrators is used for learning

Important:By using this service, you consent to the above data collection and use in our learning system. Personal information is strictly protected and will not be shared with third parties.

4. Pricing and Service Details

• Standard Tier:¥500 / $5 for 10 message exchanges (3 free messages daily)
• Expert Tier:¥1,000 / $10 for 10 message exchanges. Uses an advanced AI model integrating knowledge from all five consultants, providing master-level analysis proficient in both Eastern and Western astrology
• Message counts reset with each purchase and are managed independently per purchase
• Refunds are not available

5. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for entering accurate birth data
• Do not enter others' personal information without permission
• Do not use the service for illegal or inappropriate purposes
• Actions that infringe upon the rights of other users or third parties are prohibited

6. Privacy Policy

7. Service Modification and Termination

The operator reserves the right to modify or terminate the service without prior notice. Refunds will not be provided in the event of service termination.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law, and any disputes regarding the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the operator's location.
