1. 収集する情報

当サービスは、以下の情報を収集します：

• Googleアカウント情報（メールアドレス、表示名、ユーザーID）
• Google Firebase Authentication による認証トークン

1.2 ユーザー提供情報

• 出生データ（名前、生年月日、出生時間、出生地、性別）
• AIコンサルタントとの会話履歴
• フィードバック・実体験データ（任意で提供された場合）
• サポートお問い合わせ内容
• マイページに登録されたプロフィール情報（現在地情報を含む）

1.3 自動収集情報

• IPアドレス、ブラウザ種別、OS情報
• サービス利用ログ（アクセス日時、利用機能、エラー情報）
• 決済関連情報（Stripe経由、カード情報は当社では保持しません）

2. 情報の利用目的

• 占星術チャートの計算およびAIコンサルティングの提供
• サービスの運営・改善・新機能の開発
• AI学習データの作成（厳格な匿名化処理を経た後にのみ使用）
• カスタマーサポートの提供
• 決済処理および購入履歴の管理
• サービスに関する重要なお知らせの送信（メールでの通知を含む）
• 不正利用の防止およびセキュリティの確保

3. AI学習システムとデータの匿名化

当サービスでは、AIコンサルタントの品質向上のため、ユーザーが任意で提供するフィードバックデータを学習に利用します。

• すべてのデータは自動匿名化処理を経てから利用されます
• 個人を特定可能な情報（氏名、具体的な住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、具体的な日付、金額等）は自動的に除去されます
• 管理者による品質チェック・承認を経たデータのみが学習に使用されます
• 学習データはエキスパートティアのAIコンサルタント精度向上にのみ利用されます

4. 情報の共有と第三者提供

当サービスは、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供しません：

• ユーザーの同意がある場合
• 法令に基づく場合
• 人の生命・身体または財産の保護のために必要な場合
• サービス提供に必要な業務委託先（以下参照）

利用する外部サービス

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud: 認証、データベース、ホスティング、AI処理
• Stripe: 決済処理（カード情報はStripeが安全に管理し、当社では保持しません）
• Google Gemini / Anthropic Claude: AIコンサルティング応答の生成

5. データの保管と安全管理

• データはGoogle Cloud Platform上に暗号化された状態で保管されます
• Firebase Security Rulesにより、ユーザーは自分のデータにのみアクセスできます
• API通信はすべてHTTPS（TLS 1.2以上）で暗号化されています
• 管理者アクセスは多段階認証により制限されています

6. データの保持期間

• アカウント情報：アカウント削除まで保持
• 会話履歴：最終利用から2年間保持（その後自動削除）
• 決済情報：法令に基づく保管義務期間（7年間）保持
• 匿名化された学習データ：サービス提供期間中保持

7. ユーザーの権利

ユーザーは以下の権利を有します：

• アクセス権：保持されている個人データの開示を請求できます
• 訂正権：不正確なデータの訂正を請求できます
• 削除権：個人データの削除を請求できます（法令上保持が必要な場合を除く）
• 利用停止権：データの利用停止を請求できます

8. Cookieの使用

当サービスでは、認証状態の管理およびサービス品質の向上のためにCookieおよび類似技術を使用しています。 ブラウザの設定でCookieを無効にすることは可能ですが、一部の機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。

9. 国際データ移転

当サービスはGoogle Cloud Platformを利用しており、データは日本国外のサーバーで処理される場合があります。 Google Cloudは適切なデータ保護措置を講じています。

10. 未成年者の利用

18歳未満の方は、保護者の同意を得た上でサービスをご利用ください。 当サービスは意図的に18歳未満の方から個人情報を収集しません。

11. ポリシーの変更

当サービスは、必要に応じてプライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。 重要な変更を行う場合は、サービス上で通知いたします。

1.1 Account Information

• Google account information (email address, display name, user ID)
• Authentication tokens via Google Firebase Authentication

1.2 User-Provided Information

• Birth data (name, date of birth, birth time, birthplace, gender)
• Conversation history with AI consultants
• Feedback and life event data (when voluntarily provided)
• Support inquiry content
• Profile information registered on the My Page (including location data)

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

• IP address, browser type, OS information
• Service usage logs (access timestamps, features used, error information)
• Payment-related information (via Stripe; card details are not stored by us)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Calculating astrological charts and providing AI consulting
• Operating, improving, and developing new features for the Service
• Creating AI training data (used only after strict anonymization)
• Providing customer support
• Processing payments and managing purchase history
• Sending important notices about the Service (including email notifications)
• Preventing misuse and ensuring security

3. AI Learning System and Data Anonymization

• All data undergoes automatic anonymization before use
• Personally identifiable information (names, specific addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, specific dates, amounts, etc.) is automatically removed
• Only data that has passed administrator quality checks and approval is used for training
• Training data is used solely to improve Expert tier AI consultant accuracy

4. Information Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure

We do not share personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

• With user consent
• As required by law
• When necessary to protect life, body, or property
• With service providers necessary for operation

External Services Used

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud: Authentication, database, hosting, AI processing
• Stripe: Payment processing (card information is securely managed by Stripe, not stored by us)
• Google Gemini / Anthropic Claude: AI consultation response generation

5. Data Storage and Security

• Data is stored encrypted on Google Cloud Platform
• Firebase Security Rules ensure users can only access their own data
• All API communications are encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2+)
• Administrator access is restricted through multi-factor authentication

6. Data Retention

• Account information: Retained until account deletion
• Conversation history: Retained for 2 years from last use (then automatically deleted)
• Payment information: Retained for the legally required period (7 years)
• Anonymized training data: Retained during service operation

7. Your Rights

• Right of Access: Request disclosure of your personal data
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data (except where legally required)
• Right to Restriction: Request restriction of data processing

9. International Data Transfers

The Service utilizes Google Cloud Platform, and data may be processed on servers located outside of Japan. Google Cloud implements appropriate data protection measures.

10. Minors

Users under 18 should obtain parental consent before using the Service. We do not intentionally collect personal information from persons under 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service.
